The Trinidad and Tobago Energy Conference takes place from January 18th - 20th 2027, at the Hyatt Regency, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

What you can expect:

• Conference plenary sessions:

• The T&T Energy conference is the meeting place of the entire value chain of the energy sector and brings together industry associates from Trinidad and Tobago, the Caribbean, Latin America and international energy hubs for 2 days (Monday January 18th and Tuesday January 19th) of plenary sessions, expert panel discussions and meetings.

• Technical sessions:

• A recent addition to the conference agenda, the technical sessions were oversubscribed in 2026, when they were first introduced. Conceptualized to offer deeper insight and more detailed technical presentations and discussion on new/upcoming technologies, industry best practices and innovation in the industry, these will take place on Tuesday January 19th, 2026.

• Tradeshow:

• The Tradeshow opens on Monday January 18th at noon and ends on Wednesday January 20th. The Tradeshow floor features 90+ exhibitor spaces which includes Pavillions, booths (10X10, 10X 8, 10X6, 8X8, 8X6, 6X6 and 6’ table spaces).

• Networking Cocktail events:

• Delegates and exhibitors have access to two exceptional networking events on the Hyatt Waterfront. Following the conference session on Day 1 (Monday) and Day 2 (Tuesday), attendees gather on the ocean front to continue engaging with business associates and exploring business opportunities.

• Energy Run 5k QPS:

• The Energy Run 5k takes place on the picturesque Queens Park Savannah surrounded by the Magnificent Seven historic buildings. This event has grown in interest and participation from all sectors within the energy industry as it promotes camaraderie, friendly rivalry and general health and wellness.

• Workshops:

• On Day 3 (Wednesday), there is an opportunity for interested companies to sponsor a workshop at which they may share details of their services or product. These targeted sessions are marketed to all registered delegates and members of the Energy Chamber.
