The Energy Chamber's T&T Energy Conference and Tradeshow 2025 takes place from February 10th – 12th at Hyatt Regency, Port of Spain.  We invite you to book a space in the Tradeshow 2025 and here are the details below.

The demand for booth spaces has increased over the years and we are very pleased to share our expanded 2025 floor plan.

Our new booth spaces are -
3 additional Pavilion spaces:

P8 – Behind Regency Ballroom

P9 – Located in Jade/Ruby/Sapphire – irregular space 

• P10 – Hyatt’s main lobby (near the entrance to the hotel) 

• 4 additional 10 x 10 booths (located outside POS ballroom; next to newly located Tradeshow visitor registration)
• 3 additional 8 x 8 booths (located outside POS ballroom; next to the newly located Tradeshow visitor registration)
• 2 additional 8 x 6 booths (located outside POS ballroom; next to the newly located Tradeshow visitor registration)
• 2 additional 10 x 6 booths (located on the networking terrace)
• 1 additional table space (located outside POS ballroom; next to the newly located Tradeshow visitor registration)
 
When booking, please note that you must check-out, in order to confirm the booking of your selected booth.  You will then receive a registration summary. Also note that if a booth is already booked, it will not show up as available.

We encourage you to review the dimensions of the booth(s) selected as some booths in the same category may be smaller than the majority in that category. Smaller booths are priced accordingly.
