Complimentary meeting room

We are once again offering you the option to book a meeting room at no charge, during the conference.  Click here to book your meeting.

Kindly note:

• You may book a meeting for a maximum of 2 hours.

• Meeting rooms are available on Day 1 from 10:00 am and on Days 2 and 3 from 8:00 am.

• We are unable to guarantee that your preferred time slot will be available, given the number of requests we receive.  We will confirm your meeting, based on the schedule.

• Tradeshow exhibitors will be given preference for use of the Siparia Room. Conference delegates will be allowed use of it once it is not in use by an exhibitor and this will be confirmed in advance at the Conference Secretariat.

• Special requirements such as multimedia projector, screen and/or refreshments will be available at a cost.

• Multi-media and screen will only be available in the Siparia Room and the cost per hour for use of the multimedia projector and screen is TT$600 plus VAT.

• For any special requirements, payment will be as follows:
  - ECTT Members will be invoiced
  - Non-ECTT members will be required to provide credit card details to facilitate payment.

• Users are responsible for keeping and leaving the meeting room tidy and in good condition.

• If there is any damage to the rooms or any unexpected issues occurring during the booked period, you are asked to inform the Conference Secretariat immediately. Users will be responsible for any cost associated with such damage.
