Book your meeting space at the T&T Energy Conference 2026

We are pleased to confirm that all delegates, sponsor companies and exhibitors can now book a meeting space  during The Trinidad & Tobago Energy Conference & Trade show, 2026. 

All bookings are available on a first come, first served basis and we ask you to kindly note the following

• You may book a maximum of 2 meetings per day to ensure that all delegates have the opportunity to book.

• We can arrange a multimedia projector, screen and/or refreshments at a cost.

• Multi-media and screens will only be available in the Siparia Room and the cost per hour is TT$600. plus VAT.

• Rooms are available on Day 1 from 10:00am and from 8:00am on Day 2

• While we will try to facilitate each request, your time slot will be confirmed based on availability.

• Tradeshow exhibitors will be given priority for use of the Siparia Room. Conference delegates will be able to book the room once it is not in use by an exhibitor.  

• Payment options for any additional requirements booked:
   - ECTT members will be invoiced.
   - Non-ECTT members should provide credit card details to facilitate payment.

• We ask that the room is left as you meet it to ensure a quick transition for other users.

• Should there be any damage to the rooms or any unexpected issues occurring during the booked period, the users should report to the Conference Secretariat immediately. Users will be responsible for the cost of such damage.
