5k Energy Run
Key information for the Energy Run 5k 2026
We are pleased to share the key details for the upcoming 5K Run taking place on Wednesday 28 January 2026. Kindly review the information below carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable race day experience.
Meeting Point and Time
Participants are asked to meet at Mille Fleurs QPS at 5:30 am.
The race will begin promptly at 6:00 am, so we encourage everyone to arrive on time to allow for briefing and warm-up.
Race Course
The 5K run will consist of two laps on the course located inside the Queen’s Park Savannah.
Bib Collection
Race bibs may be collected in advance at Hyatt Regency Hotel at the Registration Desk on the following dates and times:
Monday 26 January 2026: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Tuesday 27 January 2026: 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
To facilitate an efficient process, we recommend that companies assign one representative to collect bibs on behalf of their participants.
Medals
Medals will be awarded to the first 500 finishers on race day.
Participants who finish outside of this group will still receive a medal, which will be made available at a subsequent date, to be communicated following the event.

The Energy Chamber of Trinidad and Tobago is hosting its third 5k Energy Run as part of the T&T Energy Conference and Trade Show.
The 5k will take place from 5:30 am at the Queen’s Park Savannah on February 12th 2025. There will be a Zumba warmup before the race.
The route is two laps around a 2.5km grass course, starting opposite Mille Fleurs.
