Parking at the T&T Energy Conference

Parking for the T&T Energy Conference 2025:

Hyatt Parking:

Parking is available on Level 2 of Hyatt’s car park and on the ramp going up to Level 3.  Additional unreserved spots are available on Levels 5, 6, and 7, marked with black signs with white writing. Attendees may also use spaces marked for Hyatt staff. To park at no cost, please validate your parking ticket at the Energy Chamber Secretariat.

Additional Parking:

Citi Park:

Opening hours: 6:30 am – 10:00 pm (Monday, February 10th and Tuesday, February 11th, 2025)

The Energy Chamber will provide 200 complimentary parking spaces for Conference delegates and exhibitors at Citi Park on Monday 10th February 2025 (Day 1) and 180 spaces on Tuesday 11th February 2025 (Day 2).   Persons utilizing these spots must validate their tickets at the Energy Chamber’s Secretariat.   Once these spaces are filled, attendees can still park at Citi Park but will have to pay the standard parking rate. 

Entry & Exit:

  • Entry: Attendees should enter Citi Park via Richmond Road.

  • Shuttle Service: After parking, attendees will exit Citi Park via the pedestrian access gate onto Wrightson Road, where a Hyatt shuttle will take them to the conference venue.

  • Exit: At the end of the event, attendees will leave Citi Park via Wrightson Road.

Validation of parking tickets

  • Parking tickets must be validated at the conference Secretariat with an Energy Chamber sticker only.

  • Attendees should ensure stickers are placed on the back (not on the barcode) to avoid scanning issues.

  • Validated tickets allow free exit, while unvalidated tickets require payment at Citi Park’s normal rates.

Important Citi Park parking guidelines

To ensure a smooth parking experience, please keep the following in mind:

  • Reverse parking is required: vehicles that do not comply may be clamped and will have to pay a TT$225. release fee.

  • Pull a ticket from the dispenser when entering.

  • Park in available spaces up to Level 6  (avoid spaces marked “Reserved”).

  • Secure your validated ticket as it will be required for exit.

  • Lost tickets will incur a replacement fee of TT$112.50, payable at Citi Park’s Pay Station before exiting.
